By using Sussydle you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

The basics

• Sussydle is free and provided as it is. It may change, break or stop at any time.
• The games listed belong to their own creators. Sussydle only links to them and keeps track of your results. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, and their names are used only to identify them.
• You must be 13 or older to use Sussydle, and old enough to have your own Google account where you live. If you're under 18, check with a parent or guardian first.

Be decent

Not allowed anywhere on Sussydle (names, group names, chat, comments):

• Harassment, bullying, threats or hate based on who someone is.
• Sexual content, or anything that puts children at risk.
• Other people's personal information (addresses, phone numbers, photos) without their permission.
• Spam, scams, links to malware, or anything illegal where you or the other person live.
• Pretending to be someone else.
• Don't try to break the site, cheat the database or get into other people's accounts.
• Accounts, messages or groups that break these rules can be removed. You'll be told what was removed and why.

Reporting and removals

Tap Report under any chat message, or email sussydlehq@gmail.com with what you saw, where, and why it breaks these rules or the law. Reports are read and acted on as soon as possible. If content or an account is removed or limited, the person affected is told what was removed and why, and can reply to that email to ask for it to be looked at again.

Authorities can contact the same address. Messages can be in English.

Every year Sussydle publishes a short transparency report on reports and removals.

Your content

You're responsible for what you post. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your profile.

Privacy

See the privacy page for what's stored and who can see it.

Changes

These terms may be updated. If you keep using Sussydle after a change, you accept the new version.
